1. Booking and Reservation

  • Advance Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The deposit amount is as follows:
    • PHP 500 for Metro Manila area bookings
    • PHP 1,000 for out-of-town bookings
  • The deposit is deductible from the total quoted price.

2. Cancellation and Rebooking

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: The reservation deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Rebooking: Reservations can be rebooked up to one year from the original booking date without additional charges.

3. Quotation and Pricing

  • All-Out Pricing (Client Shoulders Expenses):
    • Inclusions: Driver service
    • Exclusions: Diesel, toll fees, parking fees, and driver's food
  • All-In Pricing (Most Expenses Included):
    • Inclusions: Driver service, diesel, toll fees, and parking fees
    • Exclusions: Driver's food and accommodation (optional and based on client's preference)

4. Services and Responsibilities

  • Driver Service: All bookings include a professional driver. We do not offer self-drive options.
  • Client Responsibilities:
    • For "all-out" pricing, the client is responsible for all additional expenses incurred during the trip.
    • For "all-in" pricing, the client may choose to cover the driver’s food and accommodation.

5. Safety and Conduct

  • Driver and Vehicle Safety: Transportverse ensures that all drivers are professional, courteous, and trained to handle VIP clients. Vehicles are equipped with the latest GPS systems and high-end dash cams for safety and documentation purposes.
  • Passenger Insurance and Documentation: All vehicles come with complete legal documentation and passenger insurance to ensure client safety.

6. Payment and Invoicing

  • Payment Methods: Cash, Gcash, Bank transfer and credit card(with 5% service fee)
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance after the advance deposit will be invoiced and must be paid as per the agreed terms in the quotation.

7. Additional Terms

  • Amendments to Terms: Transportverse reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as needed. Clients will be informed of any changes prior to their effect.
  • Acceptance of Terms: By making a reservation, clients agree to all terms and conditions stated herein.
