We collect information through our website forms, Meta lead forms, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, telephone calls, emails, quotation requests, and transportation bookings.
Why We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Prepare and send transportation quotations;
- Respond to inquiries;
- Verify trip requirements;
- Coordinate and fulfill confirmed bookings;
- Provide customer support;
- Prevent fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity;
- Maintain transaction and accounting records;
- Comply with applicable legal requirements; and

Our transportation quotation and booking services are intended for adults who are legally capable of requesting and confirming transportation services. Transportverse does not sell your personal information.
Third-Party Platforms and Cross-Border Processing
When you submit information through Meta, Facebook, Instagram, our website, email, payment services or other technology providers, your information may also be processed by those providers according to their own privacy policies. Some service providers may process or store information outside the Philippines. We take reasonable steps to use providers with appropriate privacy and security safeguards.
Data Retention
Unconverted quotation and inquiry records may be retained for up to 12 months after the last interaction. Records relating to confirmed bookings and financial transactions may be retained for the period required by applicable accounting, tax, and legal requirements. Information that is no longer necessary will be securely deleted or anonymized.
Data Security
We use reasonable organizational, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
